This is the best value I know of. This tea works I don't know about being a dieters drink but this thing definitely makes you have to use the restroom. It's absolutely not harsh like a laxative and works in about 8 or 9 hours. I drink it twice a day now but it took me a while to get up to the point where I could drink it that often. When you have to go you have to go don't try and hold it...could be fatal...lol
