These bags are well-made. Seams are secure and the material is smooth and more similar to the feel of linen than to burlap. They are versatile and not only can be used for gift bags but can be purposed for crafting (I used one bag to make the pictured large scarecrow head). The material is rather opaque, making them great for gift bag use.
